- Payment is due at checkout (credit/debit).
- Sales tax applies where required by law.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 5 days for items that were misrepresented (e.g., undisclosed damage).
- Contact us via WhatsApp or info@economeuble.ca to resolve issues case-by-case.
- No returns for buyer’s remorse or size/style preferences.
4. Liability
- We inspect all items, but vintage/pre-owned furniture may have minor wear. Photos and descriptions are part of the contract.
- Economeuble is not liable for damages after delivery (e.g., improper assembly or accidents).
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Quebec/Canadian law.
